We can all look after our hearts and help prevent CVD by eating a healthy diet, saying no to tobacco, sticking to safe alcohol guidelines, getting plenty of exercise and controlling our stress.
Visit your GP for regular health checks: blood glucose levels, blood pressure, cholesterol, weight & BMI.
