Each year, approximately one in five Australians will experience a mental health issue.

Your mental health is important, yet it is a part of life that is often overlooked.  Together, we need to break down the stigma associated with mental illness and reach out to people in our communities who need support.

We are encouraging members of our wonderful community to #taketime for #mentalhealth with these six steps:

  • Be active and eat well
  • Keep learning new things
  • Show kindness to others
  • Take time to connect with others
  • Take notice of the world around you
  • Embrace the beauty of nature
